Install reCAPTCHA

Google provides ReCAPTCHA, a service that enables you to utilize its reCAPTCHA on the site. In order to activate reCAPTCHA on your site, you’ll need to set up a Site key and a Secret key from Google. Keys are version-specific. You should set up a key pairfor every ReCAPTCHA version you plan on utilizing.

ReCAPTCHA protects the website from abusive and Hackers. Below the step to install and set up the Plugin.

  1. Visit the ‘Plugins’ page

Login WordPress- Click Dashboard- Plugins- Add New

2. In the Search type reCAPTCHA

Once finding the reCAPTCHA, install Now and Activate.

3. Get the Site & Secret keys

Click reCAPTCHA from settings and then click the icon Google ReCAPTCHA dashboard.

4. Navigate to the Google reCAPTCHA admin page

CClick the plus (+) sign in the top right corner

Enter the information in the appropriate field, such as the reCAPTCHA option, domains, and so on.

5. Click Submit to save the details

Once prompted with the Site Key and Secret Key, copy them for use in your CAPTCHA configuration.

Now in the WP dasboard make sure you select all the options you want reCAPTCHA to work on and save changes.
